SMS Messaging & Opt-In

This page explains our text-messaging (SMS) program, how you opt in, and how to opt out. Messages are sent by Lazaro Davinchy, a gold-buying brand operated by World 69 LLC.

1. What messages we send

If you opt in, we send recurring transactional and marketing text messages about your own transaction only: free appraisal-kit confirmations and shipment tracking; appointment confirmations and reminders for video or in-person appraisals; status updates when your item is received and appraised; an offer notification; payment confirmation; and occasional reminders if you started a request but did not complete it.

2. How to opt in

You opt in by submitting a request form on lazarogold.com and checking the SMS consent boxes. We collect two separate, distinct consents - a transactional consent and a separate marketing consent:

Transactional consent: "I agree to receive transactional text messages (SMS) about my kit, appraisal, appointments, offer, and payout from Lazaro Davinchy (a brand operated by World 69 LLC) at the phone number provided. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."

Marketing consent (separate, optional): "I also agree to receive occasional promotional and marketing text messages (offers and reminders) from Lazaro Davinchy (a brand operated by World 69 LLC). This is optional and is not a condition of any purchase or sale. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out."

Marketing consent is collected in a separate checkbox from transactional consent, and is not a condition of any purchase or sale.

3. Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

4. Opt out and help

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time; you will receive a confirmation and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (305) 372-1585 or support@lazarogold.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Privacy
